Considering a venue to celebrate that special event? The Barn at Summerfield will accommodate up to 100 people. Catering is permitted. Serving alcohol is also allowed, provided insurance, which is easily available online, is purchased.

 

Summerfield Homeowners enjoy a reduced rate for rental. The Barn is also available for rent at a public rate by anyone who does not live in Summerfield as long as they are sponsored by a Summerfield homeowner. Rates vary by day of the week.

The Barn is open for rental throughout the year with holidays available on a limited basis.
